The short version. Brdy has no accounts and no passwords. It sees your public wallet address, what you type into the chat, and any logo you upload. It never sees a private key or a seed phrase, and it does not sell or share your data with advertisers.

What Brdy collects
Your wallet address. Public only. Used to show your balance, check you are allowed to launch, and set you as the token creator.
Your messages. What you type or dictate in the console, so the assistant can answer and assemble a launch.
Voice recordings. Only while you hold the microphone button. Sent for transcription, then discarded — never stored by Brdy.
Logos you upload. Stored publicly, because the image has to be reachable from the token page. Do not upload anything private.
Launches you complete. Name, ticker, logo, links, transaction hash and token address — all of which are public on-chain anyway. They appear on the Tokens page.
Basic request data. Your IP reaches the server as part of any web request, and is used to rate-limit abuse.
There is no account, no password, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no analytics profile built about you.

What Brdy never has
Brdy has no access to your private key or seed phrase. Signing happens inside your own wallet; Brdy only receives the resulting transaction hash, which is public. It cannot move your funds, and it could not hand them over even if compelled.
Brdy will never ask you for a seed phrase or private key. Any page that does is not Brdy.

Who else sees what
Privy — wallet connection and session. Sees your address and, if you sign in by email, that email.
OpenAI — the assistant and the voice transcription. Receives the conversation and any recording you make. Sent through Brdy's server, so your API usage is not tied to you personally.
Vercel — hosting and file storage. Handles requests and stores uploaded logos.
Robinhood Chain and Pons — the blockchain itself. Anything you deploy is public and permanent by nature.
ipfs.io — only to display a logo already published to IPFS.
Each has its own privacy policy. Brdy does not sell your data, and shares it with no one beyond what is needed to make the above work.

What is stored, and for how long
Conversations live in your browser tab. Closing it or clicking new conversation ends them. They are not kept on the server.
Your wallet address is remembered on your device so you do not reconnect every visit. Disconnecting removes it.
Uploaded logos stay as long as the token they belong to — they are part of it on-chain.
Completed launches stay in the public registry, mirroring what is already permanent on-chain.
Rate-limit counters keyed to your IP expire within the hour.

What you can ask for
Write to support@brdygpt.com to ask what is held about an address, or to request removal of a logo or a registry entry.
One honest limit: on-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone, Brdy included. A token, its metadata and its transactions are permanent on Robinhood Chain. Removing an entry from the Brdy registry removes it from this site, not from the blockchain.

Cookies
Brdy sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Privy stores a session locally so your wallet stays connected, and your browser keeps your connection preference and launch history on your own device. Nothing of that is readable by Brdy's server or shared with third parties.

Brdy is not intended for anyone under 18 and is not directed at children.
