Email support@brdygpt.com. Include your wallet address and, if a transaction is involved, its hash — that is usually enough to see exactly what happened on-chain.
Public updates go out on @brdygpt. It is the only account we post from.
My wallet will not connect. Brdy runs on Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663. Accept the network switch when your wallet offers it. If nothing happens, reload the page and try again.
The Deploy button is greyed out. The console tells you why just underneath — usually not enough ETH. A launch costs 0.0005 ETH plus gas, so keep about 0.0015 ETH in the wallet.
My transaction failed. Nothing was deployed and you only lost the gas. The most common cause is that Pons changed its launch terms between the moment the page read them and the moment you signed — a deliberate protection so you never launch on terms you did not see. Reload and try again.
My token is not on the Tokens page. It appears once the transaction is confirmed and the console has reported back. If you closed the tab too early, send us the transaction hash and we will add it.
The assistant got something wrong. It is a language model and it can be wrong. Nothing it says is committed until you sign — the confirmation screen, not the conversation, is what counts.
Brdy is non-custodial. It holds no keys and cannot sign, move, freeze, reverse or refund anything. Once a transaction is on-chain it is permanent — that is a property of the blockchain, not a policy choice. Nobody at Brdy can undo a launch, recover funds sent to a wrong address, or change a token's name after deployment.
We also cannot influence the price of any token, and we take no position in anything launched through Brdy.
Send anything that looks like a phishing site, a fake Brdy account, or a token impersonating a real person or company to support@brdygpt.com. We will remove what we control — a logo hosted by us, an entry on the Tokens page — and warn people publicly. What is on-chain cannot be removed by us or anyone else.
The full mechanics are in the documentation.
