Brdy is a conversational interface for launching tokens on Robinhood Chain through the Pons launchpad. You describe a token in plain language; Brdy assembles the parameters, shows you what will be deployed, and prepares a transaction. You review it and sign it yourself.
Brdy is software, not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser. It does not issue tokens, hold assets, match orders, or take a position in anything you launch.
This also means the security of your wallet is entirely your responsibility. Brdy will never ask for a seed phrase or a private key. Anyone asking you for one, on any page claiming to be Brdy, is attempting to steal from you.
You may not use Brdy to impersonate a person or organisation, to launch a token designed to deceive, or for anything unlawful. Brdy applies protocol-level limits (supply, creator tax cap, dev buy cap) but performs no editorial review of what you launch.
Brdy charges you nothing to use. Launching a token costs the Pons launch fee — 0.0005 ETH at the time of writing, read live from the contract — plus network gas, plus any optional dev buy you choose. These go to the protocol and to validators, not to Brdy.
Fees are set by Pons and by the network, and can change without notice. The amount shown before you sign is what your wallet will be asked to spend.
Brdy depends on services it does not control: the Pons launchpad contracts, Robinhood Chain and its RPC, Privy for wallet connection, OpenAI for the conversation, and Vercel for hosting. An outage, change or failure in any of them can make Brdy unavailable or a launch fail. Brdy makes no promise about their behaviour.
Pons and Robinhood Chain have their own terms, which apply to what you deploy on them.
Nothing Brdy says is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The assistant is a language model: it can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Figures it reports are read from public sources and may be stale or incorrect.
Brdy is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, may contain defects, and may change or stop at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brdy is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including lost funds, failed transactions, missed opportunities, or the value of any token.
Tokens are highly speculative and most lose most of their value. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
Brdy may restrict or discontinue access at any time, without notice, including for anyone using it abusively or unlawfully. These terms may be updated; the date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use Brdy after a change means you accept it.
